# Manage multiple clients with an Are you found by AI? agency network

> Run every client site from one console: one shared account, checks when you choose, reports under your logo, a monthly board pack, scoped access keys and one MCP link for your network.

An agency network gives you one console for AI-visibility monitoring across every client you work with. It is the same measurement we sell everywhere else, under your logo: every client measured across all seven answer engines, on the schedule you choose for each one (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek and Google AI Overviews), with the full answers on record. Your AI assistant can query the whole network in one conversation. This page covers what is included, what you keep if you ever leave, and how to get started.

## Pricing

Pro is one account: US\$79 a month for 14,000 tokens, or US\$869 a year. One account covers all your client sites, the shared balance pays for the checks, and you choose when each check runs. A check of 25 buyers' questions plus a fresh site read uses 3,150 tokens, so plan your tokens around how many client sites you check and how often. Token packs top the account up: US\$10 buys 1,000 tokens, US\$20 buys 2,000 and US\$50 buys 5,000. See [areyoufoundbyai.com/pricing](https://areyoufoundbyai.com/pricing) for current terms.

Apply at [areyoufoundbyai.com/agencies](https://areyoufoundbyai.com/agencies). A person reads every application and we reply within a day. There is no card and no checkout link at the application stage.

## What's included

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="One console for all clients" icon="grid-2">
    Every client site appears in one network view, worst performers first, so you open it to find problems rather than browse.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Your brand on every report" icon="file-pdf">
    Your logo and name appear at the top of every report, with the measurement credited in small print.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Scoped AI access per person" icon="key">
    Each staff member gets a key that reaches only the clients they run. You can see how often and when each key was last used, and revoke it in one click without touching anything else.
  </Card>

  <Card title="A board pack per client, per month" icon="presentation-screen">
    Six slides on where they stand, what moved and what is next, ready to print or send.
  </Card>

  <Card title="One MCP link for the network" icon="link">
    Your network page is a live MCP server. Ask your AI assistant "which client moved most this week?" and it answers from the measured data, not memory. See the [network catalogue](/docs/mcp/tools#agency-network-catalogue).
  </Card>

  <Card title="AI-sent visitors" icon="chart-line">
    Visitors the AI engines sent to each client site sit beside the visibility measurements, so movement in AI answers can be read against people arriving.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

## What you keep if you leave

Your data is yours, and you are never held hostage to a subscription.

* **Exports, always:** every monitored site's console has a machine-readable export, the full data as JSON and a plain-text context pack, both one click from the sidebar and yours to download at any time.
* **Report links stay live:** report links are standalone documents. Once a report exists, its link keeps working.
* **Nothing is deleted when billing stops:** your network page keeps rendering from the measurement record, report links stay live and your access keys are untouched. Checks stop for sites whose Pro subscription lapses; the history they built stays readable and exportable.
* **Open method:** the readiness method and the audit suite are open source at [github.com/techhorizonlabs/thl-open](https://github.com/techhorizonlabs/thl-open). The measurement engine itself is not.
* **Client networks can move:** a client's sites and history belong to the measurement record, keyed by domain. We re-parent client networks on request, and the client's own console links never break in the process.

## Getting started

<Steps>
  <Step title="Apply">
    Submit your application at [areyoufoundbyai.com/agencies](https://areyoufoundbyai.com/agencies) with your agency name, how many client sites you run, and anything useful for us to know. A person reads every application and we reply within a day.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Get set up">
    We set each agency up by hand, with a working session included.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add your client sites">
    Add client sites to your network and choose when each one is checked. You can see a sample network before applying at [areyoufoundbyai.com/fleet/demo](https://areyoufoundbyai.com/fleet/demo); every business in it is made up, and the console is the real one.
  </Step>
</Steps>

You do not need to wait to start. Creating a network is free and takes a moment: add your clients, see what the engines say about them, and we pick up the plan conversation from your application.

<Note>
  **Are you found by AI? and SEMrush measure different things.** Are you found by AI? measures what AI engines say about a business when buyers ask questions. SEMrush measures keyword rankings and backlinks. AI visibility and search visibility are related but distinct, and both matter.
