The five steps
1
01 Read your website
We read your website to identify your services, market and service area, then check the signals that help machines understand it.For example, a Brisbane mortgage broker who helps first-home buyers should be asked about that service in Brisbane, rather than an unrelated industry or location.
2
02 Ask buyer questions
The free scan asks buyer questions on ChatGPT and Gemini. The full measurement extends the question set across seven engines.Engines covered by the full measurement: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek and Google AI Overviews. Available answers and sources depend on the completed measurement, and engine availability varies. We keep the answers and the sources returned with them. Where an engine returns its search queries, those are kept too.
3
03 Inspect the evidence
Your console brings the measurement together: which engines named you, who they named instead and the words behind each result. Being named, being cited as a source and receiving a visit are different outcomes.

04 Work through the fixes
The report separates AI Visibility, whether the engines name you, from AI Readiness, how well your website is set up to be understood. The fix plan turns the measurement into specific work.On your website: check how clearly you explain your services and service areas, and use the generated schema and llms.txt where they fit your site.Beyond your website: inspect the sources in your market’s answers, and use that evidence to decide which profiles, listings or other references need attention. These are examples of the work a plan can identify. A website change does not guarantee that an engine will recommend you.

05 Measure again
Pro re-measures your pinned buyer questions on the schedule you choose: weekly, monthly or whenever you like. Each check spends tokens from your account. Your console keeps the results together so you can inspect changes over time. Compare the same questions and engines, and keep changes in coverage separate from changes in results.
How answers are counted
The headline measure is the named share: the countable saved answers that name your business, divided by all countable saved answers. If AI names a business in 7 of 28 countable answers, its named share is 25%.- Every saved answer counts on its own. An engine may be asked the same question more than once, and each saved repetition counts. There is no majority vote.
- A link to your website on its own does not count as your business being named in the answer.
- Missing or incomplete evidence is left out, never counted as a no.
- Read the number with the questions, engines, date and answer count. A short free scan is a smaller sample than a full check.
Site checks (crawler access, readable content, business facts, structured data and independent mentions) are separate checks. They are not extra percentages of AI recommendations, and an older weighted score cannot be converted into a named share. See AI Visibility vs AI Readiness.
