About Found by AI
The AI-visibility scanner built by Tech Horizon Labs in Noosa, Australia.
Found by AI answers one question for a business: when your customers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Google's AI who to trust, are you in the answer? The scanner queries the four engines live with the questions real buyers ask, measures whether you're named, and shows who's named instead. Nothing is estimated: every number in every report comes from a live engine answer, a public registry, or a named data source.
Who's behind it
Huxley Peckham founded Tech Horizon Labs (ABN 80 976 285 425, trading since 2019) on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland — an AI consultancy that builds agent systems and AI-visibility programs for Australian businesses. Found by AI started as the measurement tool behind that client work and became a product when it kept finding the same thing: technically excellent websites that AI never names.
The receipts
- 540+ businesses measured into the public Australian AI Visibility Index — 16 industry leaderboards, growing nightly
- #1 AI-visibility tool on There's An AI For That and #3 trending overall (July 2026)
- Open methodology — the audit method is public at github.com/techhorizonlabs/thl-open
- Honest by design — engines vary run to run, so we ask each question several times and report "named in 2 of 6 asks", never a fake tick. We ran the scanner on our own three-day-old site, published the 1/100, and we're building visibility in public.
Method. Found by AI asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI the questions real buyers ask for each category, then measures which businesses the engines actually name. Scores are 0–100 point-in-time measurements; the index re-scans and grows automatically. Businesses listed here were selected and measured by us from public directories —
