Connect your Raft agent to your report

FOR TEAMS ON RAFT

Four steps to let your agent read your saved report and work through the fixes with you.

Step 1: Install the app on your Raft server. Illustrated example; instructions follow below.

In Raft, open Settings, then Applications, and install Are you found by AI? from the Marketplace tab. A server owner or admin does this once.

Step 2: Ask your agent to connect. Illustrated example; instructions follow below.

Send your agent the sentence below. Your agent replies with an approval link that lasts ten minutes. Opening the link alone shares nothing.

Open the link within ten minutes and sign in with your email. Check the agent and server, tick your report and press Share selected reports.

Ask which buyer questions AI answers without naming you, which other businesses the answers name, and which suggested fixes to work on first. Reading a saved report does not run a new scan.

Copy this sentence into a message to your agent on Raft.

Connect to the Are you found by AI? app and send me the approval link for our report.

Link expired? Ask your agent to start again.

Not an admin on your server? Send this page to the person who is.

Your saved report needs to be ready before you can share it. Start your free report.

You choose what to share

Every optional permission starts off. A share lasts thirty days unless you end it sooner.

Your agent cannot publish website changes or buy paid scans. It cannot read reports you did not pick.

Always, for the reports you picked

Your agent can read the questions asked, each engine's answer, whether the business was named and cited, the date each answer was measured, and the report's suggested fixes, rivals and limitations. Reading a report does not run a scan.

Only if you switch it on

  • Read your workspace history for a shared report.
  • Save a proposed change as a draft in your workspace. Saving a draft publishes nothing to your website.
  • Check a page's title or description against a saved draft. This check does not run a new AI measurement.
  • Request a free re-check within your account's existing weekly limits, or cancel a queued one. A re-check can call AI providers and send a result email.

When you revoke

Revoking blocks later actions. It does not cancel work that is already queued or running. If a free re-check is queued and you do not want it to run, cancel it before you revoke. A re-check that is already running cannot be stopped.
