1. Claude Skills 2.0 — Your IP, on repeat

Anthropic updated how Claude handles repeatable work. The short version: you can now turn the way you work — your proposal structure, your client onboarding, your reporting format — into a tested, version-controlled process that runs identically every time.

New in Skills 2.0:

• Eval scripts — test your workflows before deploying. No more "it worked yesterday."
• A/B testing — compare versions of your process side by side with actual benchmarks.
• Skill registry — share your workflows across your team, version-controlled.

What this means for you: That proposal template you tweak every time? Codify it once. Test it. Share it with your team. It runs the same whether you write it or your junior does.

No more "how does [name] write these?" — it's documented, tested, and repeatable.

2. Replit Agent 4 — Not just apps anymore

Replit raised $400M this week and launched Agent 4. 50 million people now use the platform. But the headline isn't the funding.

Agent 4 treats software development as creative work. And "software" now means a lot more than apps:

• Web and mobile apps — describe what you need, Agent 4 builds and deploys it.
• Slide decks and presentations — generated from your project context, not a blank template.
• Animated videos — motion graphics created from code in the same workspace.
• Landing pages and marketing sites — built alongside your product, sharing the same design.

What this means for you: Client needs a pitch deck, a landing page, AND a demo video for an investor meeting? Build all three in the same afternoon, from the same brief. They'll look like they came from the same team — because they did.
